Cookie Cake

i made Hayden her Birthday cake. she doesn't care for cake much so i made her a cookie cake. it was very easy i cheated i just went out and got the big tube of already made cookie dough and spread it out then backed it let it cool then decorated it. everyone loved it :D

Gumbo

We went to Eunice, LA to learn about the Acadian's and while we where there they showed us how to make Gumbo. it is very easy but i have to find the recipe then i will post it.
